By creating an account or using dronelive.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Handles are first-come, first-served; we may reclaim handles that impersonate others or violate these Terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant DroneLive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and promote your content (for example, featuring your page or videos on the Site and its social channels) for as long as it is on the Site. You promise that you own the content or have permission to post it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. Content you embed from YouTube remains subject to YouTube’s terms.
Moderation
Direct uploads are reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, remove or decline to feature any content, and suspend or delete accounts, at our discretion, with or without notice. Featuring is editorial and cannot be purchased.
Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content; do not post footage that shows or encourages unsafe or unlawful drone operation; do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, or break into the Site; do not impersonate others; do not post malware or spam.

Safe and legal flying
Content and articles on DroneLive are for information and entertainment. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your flights, including FAA rules in the United States. Nothing on the Site is legal advice or authorization to fly.
Third-party links and ads
The Site links to and displays content from third parties, including advertisers and YouTube. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for them.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DroneLive, ETARGET and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.
Changes and termination
We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which ETARGET is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
